Administration:
Kelly has been a part of our team since February of 2003. She serves as head administrator of our office and is always on the ball. She regularly handles patient files, appointment scheduling, insurance claims, and much more. She is also one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you come in for your appointment. If you have any questions, Kelly is your gal!

Lori – Administration:
Lori joined the Compass Dental team back in May of 2000. She has worn many hats over her 20+ years here including acting as a floating assistant as well as a chairside assistant for Dr. Callstrom. These days, you’ll see her at the front desk checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and performing many administrative tasks. Lori is always ready to welcome you to our office and start your visit off right!
Dental Hygiene:
Dental Assistance:
Mark Kay is the newest member of our team, starting in October of 2020. She is a chairside assistant for our Dental Therapist, Park, but she also helps with turning over rooms, processing x-rays, and sanitizing instruments. Mary Kay comes in every day with a smile on her face ready to welcome patients warmly and help any way she can!
Emma – Floating Dental Assistant:
Emma started working at our office in the summer of 2020. She will be graduating from Cannon Falls High School this spring as a part of the class of 2021. She works part time as a floating assistant, helping with various organizational, sanitization, and sterilization tasks.

Allison – Floating Dental Assistant:
Allison also joined our team in the summer of 2020. She is currently taking classes online through the University of Puget Sound while working part time as a floating assistant. When she isn’t floating, she works on various administrative projects.
Management:
Tamara has supported Compass Dental in every way that she can since the very beginning. Over the years, processing payroll and bills on the weekends has turned into a full time management position. Through lots of paperwork and many phone calls, she keeps our office running. When she’s not in the back office, she can be seen helping at the front desk, turning over rooms, sterling instruments, or assisting Dr. Callstrom.
