Payment policy
Plans for payment must be made prior to dental treatment.
If you do not have dental insurance, we ask that you pay in full on the day of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have insurance, please talk with our staff or call your insurance company to ensure you understand your dental insurance coverage. Immediately following your appointment, we will file your claim with your insurance company.
Due to electronic claims filing, patients with insurance can expect our office to receive payment within 2-3 weeks. After receiving payment, we will send you a statement for the balance not covered by your insurance company. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Arrangements for a monthly payment plan can be made via CareCredit.
